1. Purpose of these rules
I hold this work with care and take my responsibility to those who write to me seriously. These Ethical Rules set out who my Services are suitable for, and the boundaries within which they are offered. By using this website or purchasing any product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these rules.
2. Suitability, who may use the Services
My Services are intended only for adults who are in good mental health, of sound mind, and fully able to understand that the content is provided for entertainment and is not real. You may use the Services only if you can engage with them calmly, at a healthy emotional distance, and without attributing to them any power to determine or predict your life.
3. Who must not use the Services
You must not purchase or use the Services if any of the following apply to you:
- you are experiencing a mental health crisis, severe distress, or suicidal thoughts;
- you have been diagnosed with, or are experiencing symptoms of, a condition that affects your perception of reality, judgement, or ability to distinguish entertainment from fact (including but not limited to psychosis, mania, severe anxiety, or delusional thinking);
- you are not fully mentally present, are under the influence of substances that impair judgement, or are otherwise unable to give free and informed consent;
- you feel dependent on readings, or find that they increase your distress, fear, or compulsion rather than offering light comfort; or
- you would be unable to receive the content safely, calmly, and at a healthy emotional distance.
If any of these apply to you, please do not purchase, and instead reach out to a qualified professional or a trusted person in your life.
4. Not a substitute for professional help
Nothing I offer is therapy, counselling, medical or psychiatric treatment, or professional advice of any kind, and it must never be used as a replacement for such care. If you are struggling with your mental or physical health, please speak with a doctor, a licensed mental-health professional, or your local support services. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency number without delay.
5. My commitments to you
I commit to offer my Services with honesty and compassion; to be transparent that they are for entertainment only; never to instil fear or to pressure anyone into purchasing; never to claim to cure, heal, or treat any medical or psychological condition; to handle your information with respect and confidentiality; and to decline or refund any order where I believe, in good faith, that a customer may be vulnerable or unwell.
6. Boundaries of the work
I do not offer readings that claim to guarantee outcomes, and I do not provide guidance on medical diagnoses, medication, legal proceedings, or financial investments. I reserve the right to decline any request that falls outside the spirit of these rules.
